Financial Institution Examiners’ Training on Automated Penetration Testing
Many financial institutions are turning to automated penetration products such as CORE IMPACT to assist in compliance efforts for regulations including the Graham Leach Bliley Act (GLBA) and the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. As a result, examiners and regulators are increasingly encountering IMPACT and other penetration testing products when conducting technology risk examinations. This online training module is designed to provide examiners and regulators with an overview of how CORE IMPACT performs penetration testing, while presenting guidelines for interpreting the product’s reports and analyses.
